Eccentric Tech with rimlaser

Description
Function
Add Eccentric tech laser weapons.

Eccentric tech laser weapon is Eccentric tech gun whose projectile has been modified to laser.

Damage and penetration are the same as the original weapon.

You can change the color of the laser by using a prism.
