Declining Pop Growth

Description
Declining Pop Growth is a mod designed to work with my Growth and Conquest Rebalanced for 3.0 mod, and not intended to work with either vanilla system for managing pop growth (logistic planetary curve or empire-wide penalty). It's designed to reduce pop growth speed and assembly by a multiplicative 5% every 10 years since colonization, allowing late game pop growth to slowly fall once you stop adding new planets.

Compatibility: No vanilla files were harmed in the making of this mod.

Simple, effective, easy to design & play around. Now why couldn't Paradox make content like this?

Maybe the effect should start later and not from the beginning? Right now the starting world is almost useless in midgame.

Think I found the edit to get what I want. Thanks again!

Very good. It would be cool if it didn't alter Robot/Manufactured pops as you can already turn off that pop growth at will. But having it decline when you WANT Robots is kind of a pain. How that would play with AI I don't know.
