This is a Light Carrier SV in hardened steel.
You can carry HV's that fit, for example an HV driller, for swift relocation and being protected while waiting idle.
There are 2 passenger seats available and a constructor workstation accessed in the middle-top-back of the vessel.
That is where you also find your armorlocker and oxygen distributer.
The cargo container controller is just below the constructor for manual access.
Unlocked at lvl 12 this can be a good fast early midgame solution with off planet warp utilities.
Doesn't come with a shield due to lack of CPU capacity wich sits at a T3 extension.
Good enough to act as a defender/guardian against unwanted drones or groundtroops/creatures.
