Slowdown (time scale) for any game modes.

Key bindings:
🔹 Enable global slowdown (can be changed in settings): T
🔹 Lock change time scale (can be changed in settings): L
🔹 Change slow motion speed (time scale): Mouse wheel.

Features:
- 🔥 Global slow motion gameplay, allowing you to make difficult decisions.
- 🔥 Ability to change the speed (time scale) of slowdown, set a comfortable speed for the gameplay.
- 🔥 When the player takes damage, a short slowdown is automatically turned on. You can turn it on/off in the settings.
- 🔥 When the car takes damage, a short slowdown is automatically turned on. You can turn it on/off in the settings.
