Ok this is an funny one.
An actual license plate shaped like a polar bear. Yes, this really exists.
The Northwest Territories is a federal territory of Canada. At a land area of approximately 1,144,000 km2 (442,000 sq mi) and a 2016 census population of 41,790, it is the second-largest and the most populous of the three territories in Northern Canada.

Why is this not part of my Canada pack?
I decided to make it standalone because my canada pack has got quite a lot of content already and all the meshes (plate frames) are completely different.

Each come in their separate family with 5 variants/meshes.
All credits to Bosiru for creating custom bear shaped meshes. The vanilla ones don't work because well it's a bear and not a rectangle. Thanks very much to him.
