JNR Series 80 "Shonan type" Kansai-Express Train Color

Description
This mod adds new color for JNR Series 80, "Kansai-Express Electric train".

Japan National Railway had run "Express Electric Train" because of attracting customers battle.
They decided to introduce Series 80 for that "Express Electric Train", newest in that time.
This coloring applied to 52 Series Electric Train, and inherited tradition.
