1. The Gravity Generator is in a weird place and is configured for maximum area. It'd be nice if it was constrained to only cover the ship. At the very least it saves power. Obviously the user can do this, but it'd be nice if we didn't have to.
2. The reactors are pretty exposed in their current position, it'd be better to move them closer to the core of the ship, perhaps taking the place of one of the conveyor junctions.
3. Similarly, the Jump Drives are pretty exposed. If the ship operates well enough with only 2 drives, I'd recommend removing two of them and rotating the remaining ones to lie flat to get them away from the top part of the hull where those little holes are.
4. The rear top turret seems to be disconnected from the conveyor network, looks like a stray armor block where a conveyor should have been.
A. I replaced the O2/H2 generators on the bottom with gats, for that little bit of extra oomph. The downside here is you need to extend the landing gear *and* the elevator. 8 Generators seemed like plenty to me, but maybe not for everyone.
B. The side connectors are flush with the engines, so I put in a 1x1 Piston (from a mod) and made it a "docking umbilical", replacing the armor above and below there with blast door edges so the piston could move. Also put cameras next to each connector for docking.
C. I put a connector on the bottom of the elevator.
