Vel'uuish Bowmasters

Description
Just a small mod to add the floran bow bonuses to the Vel'uuish so they can be hunters too. I've removed their close combat bonuses, racial tech, and magnorb bonus in an attempt to balance it somewhat. But mostly this mod is just so I can play a Vel'uuish bowmaster.

V: 1.1 Now with a working tooltip in character creation!

Requires: Frackin' Universe.
Compatibility: Anything that doesn't modify the Vel'uuish species.
