Description
This is edu_island_v1, the final compiled map for the old Garry's Mod Education. It's got a radio tower, four empty teaching buildings, a boat dock, tons of water and nostalgia for a few people. Loads of space for races, teaching people how to Garry's Mod, and scenes for ragdoll posing.

This has a navigation-mesh so that it's SANIC compatible, and a map icon.

Original credit goes to Sam Vimes (called Dragontailxx back in the day)

I noticed the reflections were kind of odd in some places. Any idea what's up with that?
