Ja, auch die Baureihe 218 sollte vor denn Zug kommen dürfen anstelle einer 234. die nie im IC Dienst tätig war. oder eine 245 aber bitte keine 234

Vectrons can go up to 200km/h yes, but the one DB ordered can only do 160km/h. :)
And the new order in 2020 is for special Vectrons (diesel) that can only do 120km/h. :D

But rn its capped at 160km/h and Vectrons can go up to 200 (some variants even 230)

could you perhaps change the maximum number of "1st class" coaches (before the dining car) to up to 4 and the maximum number of "2nd class" coaches to 7 or 8?

There are occasional IC 1 services with up to 14 coaches
