My edit of Military Francis.

Features:
- TLS bones.
- Removed unnecesary materials.
- Darker and more desaturated clothes.
- Recolored teal accents to mossy green.
- Jiggleboned arm bandana and attachments.
- Compatible with retextures for head and hands.
- Mod a mod system: materials/models/survivors/biker/skins.

I don't take mod requests.
