PiGreat's Mongolia (Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj)

Adds Mongolia under Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj, the golden sparrow of democracy, to Civilization 5. Requires the Mongolia DLC and Brave New World.

Unique Ability: Land of the Eternal Blue Sky

• Settlers yield +1 Culture within your borders, and provide +5% Building and Unit Production while in a city.

Unique Unit: General Purpose Force

• Replaces the Marine. Starts with the Shock 1 and Survivalism 1 promotions rather than the Amphibious promotion, and gains 15% Combat Strength when occupying the same tile as a Settler.

Unique Building: Bokh Arena

• Replaces the Zoo. Grants +2 Happiness and +2 Culture, as well as increasing Production towards Mounted and Ranged units by 10%.
