Better Dynastic Legacies (Updated)

Description
Original Mod's description: This mod adds +1 Domain for each dynastic legacy you unlock. The goal is to provide the player with a gradually increasing domain limit that is not wildly cheaty.

Just adding this line of text so I don't have to explain in the future. If I don't update the mod, it's because I believe the mod is still functional or I haven't gotten around to it yet.

@Hyperspearman.Swf - TheRyuSword, I disconnected and connected the mod twice, forcibly deleted it, but nothing has changed. Any suggestions what might be?

Oh also im not sure if its a conflict with me, but i have this at the bottom of the load order and some of the martial legacies don't give extra slots, but in the files it does
