Decent mod with good ideas. I'm not a fan of the whole "waddle through darkness" thing but it was done well enough here as not to be annoying. The influence by Caretaker's Everywhere At The End Of Time is apparent, which is a concept that I find quite interesting. I wish it went into more depth into the subject instead of "Oh, I forgot", and playing Al Bowlly's Heartaches over a brief section.

If you place a light orb on a torch it just bounces perpetually, and you can't grab it, which stops you from progressing.

Not the most... riveting level. The intrigue kind of disappears once you spend enough time running around in the darkness (veeeeeery slowly, because you have to bring the light orb with you) and not gaining much. I realise half of the mod is disabled. What's available is barebones with nothing to see, though. I don't care enough to see where it goes next, if the rest of it will be anything like this. I feel like less time should be spent wandering around in darkness if you're gonna need to be holding something (especially if you're unlucky like me and happen to run into every dead-end and "warning" sign before eventually finding the right way). Interesting idea, just needs better execution, I feel.

very excited to see the second half! very interesting mod, and i like how you have to sacrifice your little light in order to progress further. you know that you have to do it, but it's still hard knowing that you'll have to find your way back to the gate blind.
