Also if you do need specific texture maps I have access to the substance painter document, so can export any maps you may need, just direct message me on steam and i'll get back to you :)
Well I'm still fairly new at porting, and with Source engine being a severely dated engine, it handles models and textures differently.
I was not able to replicate the way it looks originally on Sketchfab.
But after learning some bits of new things, maybe I can make a update or a V2 version of it.
But still, it's quite a surprised that you showed up.
From the previews here I can tell you are only using the base color map, and I would suggest you use all the maps together for the best result.
Also, I hope you remeshed the model because it was very high poly and will not play well in a game at its current state.
