Turret demo map

A shooting range to demonstrate the capabilities of the automatic turret.


Controls:

you will have to have the remote control in your hand to give commands to the turret

V to add/remove the thing you are looking at to target list
C to toggle the turret following you
Z and X to make the turret look at different targets (not player)

left mouse to shoot manually
Shift to toggle autofire
ctrl to switch autofire mode.

mode 1 shoots anything as long as it's within 100 meters
mode 2 shoots at stationary targets if it has line of sight to them
mode 3 shoots at the player if it has line of sight to them



You may use this turret in your own map as long as you credit me if you decide to publish it anywhere (preferrably somewhere visible)
How to put in your own map:
Step 1. copy the "turret" folder from inside the mod folder
Step 2. paste the "turret" folder into your own maps folder. (same level as the main.xml file)
Step 3. open the editor and add new instance
Step 4. set the file path as MOD/turret/turret.xml or MOD/turret/turret_tank.xml depending on which version of the turret you want
Step 5. profit!
