Craft Tornado Generator

Description
Adds Research and recipes for Tornado Generator.

Lore:

  • Tornado Generator is vanilla weapon, but can't be craft...

  • "An ancient control unit for a network of weather-control satellites. This device has had certain failsafes bypassed; it is capable of causing a massive air current disturbance, which will generate a tornado at a chosen location. The weather network will detect this unauthorized intrusion and lock out the device after use, but the tornado will be left to spend its energy normally."

Guide:

First step - Research:
  • Hack Old Satellites Research (10000)
  • Decyncript Temporary User Research (2500)
  • Decyncript Blueprint Tornado Generator (3000)

Second Step - Craft:
  • You need a Pawn or robot(mods) with skill Fabrication lvl 19.
  • Build Fabrication bench

Third Step - Recipe:
  • 5 Advanced components;
  • 5 Standard component;
  • 400 Gold;
  • 100 Plasteel;

Good mod for late game especially if you the DLC as these are too rare with the increased rewards. Like the different stages of research needed which are good for RP in the late game of your colonists figuring out how to hack the satellites.

I believe you may have "overbalanced" this. 60,000 research is kind of insane. The entire basegame is ~144,000 research to get into space. It's also kind of redundant to have "10 advanced components and also the ingredients for another 10 advanced components" as a recipe. Keep in mind that the tornado generator is borderline useless... I'd rather have literally any other single use item in the game. To put it another way: With the balance as you have it I would be surprised if a single person ever actually used this mod to produce a tornado generator. I'd be happy to help balance it a bit better if you'd like.
