Description
This mod adds holy books (a very "BLUNT" variant) as standard weapons for Holy Priests and some other Holy Nation characters.

You can occasionally find those in HN weapon shops and some higher variants as well (yes, Meitou). New NPCs in-game, too.

But there's also something else, a QUEST to uncover the very first Holy Flame. Was it a book or...?


Seek for the highest level of the crushing power, the smiting argument for the genuineness of the faith. Find the clearing power of the truth, they say it will free your spirit. The first edition of the Holy Flame is somewhere there.

Follow the plot as there are the ones who know - check bars and look around the blessed land.

Use the designed weapons in the intellectual yet smashing crusade for the brave ones. Find the flame, it purifies the soul.

@Goosicorn yeah, good observation, Kenshi is not really built for "quests" in the traditional rpg way, so we had to improvise. There's still room for improvement though, which could still happen in a near future.

@Gevurah it's not necessarily about "dialogue"; try to knock him out, and maybe see what's in his inventory :)

Can you drop us some hints about how to start the quest? I think there's a new priest in Bad Teeth , but he's never said anything beyond, "Cool prayer man."

@洛羽尘 Thanks! Glad you liked the mod :D about the book, sure, the distance from the leg can be widened, but it will inevitably look like it's floating in the air. Another option is to give it a completely different scabbard, closer to the hip, but again, major clipping will occur with hands and forearms. I tested both solutions and i think the current one is the lesser of two evils, but i will see if i can make it a little bit better. :)
