Description
A mod for Stellaris (Paradox Game)

Adds both a building and a module slot to all outposts (un-upgraded starbases).
Nothing more, nothing less.

Need an update to 4.0x because mod is preventing my construction ships from building a starbase.

This is one of the best practical mods. Is there any way to write these mods so it works with any version of Stellaris?

I uploaded a new version that fixes the issue where your construction ship makes tons of outposts in your system. No more massively defended systems for you :steamsad:

Don't think this is compatible with the at war star bases mod, any way it can be?
