Human Leather Patchleather
A simple mod that makes patchleather can be made from human leather

More details
As title, you can use human leather to make patchleather.
Clothes made of these patchleather won't have human skin mood debuff and are save to wear.
Useful for human-butering(psychopath, cannibal, bloodlust) tribes.
