This is a simple mod.
I made it because I didn't like the fact that the pre-election candidate designated in 1356 exists as an prince electors in CK3.

Bohemia, Brandenburg is no longer a prince electors.
Swabia and Bavaria take over, also modified from East Franconia to West Franconia.

The emperor now has 4 vote score.
I know, This is to ignore the balance aspect,
but the emperors of the early Middle Ages were more powerful than they thought, so I modified it like this.
