Rise of the Empires 3 (The Re-revived version

Description
After a long and annoying process and discovering that my RotE2 files and mod couldn't be updated anymore, I decided to make a third version. Thanks to the updated version of Imperator Rome, things are a bit confusing. Please let me know if there is any bugs that I can fix. Since I got a new computer, things would be easier.

Currently fixing a bug where the provinces are clashing with vanilla so it causes crashes.

Sigh, time to make RotE 3.1. I made a syncing accident and now the launcher won't recognise the mod files so now I have to remake the mod again. WHYYYYYYYYYY??????????

Not sure how it does that. The error log is empty and the discord/forums/reddit aren't helping me.

Update is held back to another date because for some reason even though I fixed every problem and prepared the update, the game with the mod crashes without any errors in the crash log.

Update about information. Fixed everything up except for the provinces. I'll upload the screenshots for visualisation on the mod. Release 3.1 tomorrow or Thursday AEST

Itsjustmyshadow, I am currently in the process of fixing it. For some reason, the 2.0 update jumbled up everything so I have to copy and paste every province from vanilla to the mod provinces file and turn every pop into 8 tribesmen and increase the population growth as it could take years if you are in an isolated location like Maurya or Egypt.

Also, from what I can see in the error log, the issue is that some provinces have undefined cultures ("Province 1766 with Pop tribesmen has non valid culture" or "Land Province 1769 has unknown culture: pontic defined!")
