Rain & Wiper Sound Mod

This mod replaces the stock cabin rain and wiper sounds with ones that were recorded from a Scania S500. The rain sound will increase with intensity when the rain falls harder. Unlike the default sounds, these sounds are nicely volume balanced in comparison to other sounds.

As an additional bonus, I've included a tweak to the visual rain effects making the raindrops smaller and more fluid.
