Dragonfly Helicopter (Easy to Fly)

Description
I finally figured out how to make helicopters.

This one is an extremely well-behaved heavy cargo helicopter! Enjoy!

Note: Uses the clutch flutter glitch. So if the helicopter doesn't work, that might have been patched.

Also, the magic engine and the control chips I use are all available in my workshop uploads, feel free to use them.
