Spider-Man (Iron-Spider) it's a hero concept that mixes both Ironman and Spider-Man stuff. Peter Parker, in addition to being very responsible, is also a gadget guy, in his alter-ego form you will be able to load or speed up the activation of those gadgets. And when you decide to put on the suit you'll be able to dodge attacks without getting any scratches on you and attack while preventing the villain from getting away with his plan. Turn after turn you can activate the armor to have more advantage over the villain, you may be assisted by Stark Industries to make it easier and faster to complete the armor.
Money is not a problem for Peter Parker as he lives in Stark Tower with Tony. But the fact that everyone knows his secret identity puts his family's well-being at risk.
While that's not the worst thing that could happen, your nemesis can always appear to make things even harder...
