S&GR Locomotive Pack

Description
In this pack features the locomotives used from 1912 to present day, with some left out due to them being worked on or just not released.

#1 was the first locomotive to arrive, being built in 1912 and arriving in the same year to help with the construction of the final parts of the S&G, and operating the first train aswell. The locomotive was retired in 1952 as a way to liquidate assets. It is currently in a dismantled state at the Mid-Continent Railroad Museum, where it might get a cosmetic restoration in the future.

#2 arrived in 1918 with the rise of traffic occurring in the S&G’s early years. It is based off the IC 2-8-0’s that were built alongside #2. It was used for the lines freight trains, being used until the line shut down in 1965. It was sold to the town of Grand Rapids, MI in 1966 and currently sits on static display today at Plaster Creek Park.

#5 “K. Shubiya” is the main diesel on the roster, being used in S&G’s marketing, but is often used as a freight locomotive and occasional shunting and maintenance work.

#7 “S. Heanna” is an EMD GP35 being used on freight service. Not much is known or is significant about this locomotive, but was involved in the “bridge-incident”

#8 “C. Arashi”, was the first diesel to arrive on the S&G when it was reformed. It had some history before being bought, working in the area near the S&G, and filling in for locomotives, even being brought in to tear up the old line in 1965. #8 ran the first train on the revitalized line in 1993, and since has been used as a shunter throughout, and even tackling light freight trains.

#9 “R. Hazuki”, is the only six-axle locomotive on the roster, being an EMD SD24 from the CNW, arrived in 1995 and since has been used on the lines freight trains and often put on passenger trains.
