Unite Isle of Briton V2

This mod allows you to unite kingdom titles for England, Daneland, Wales, and Scotland under one title, whichever out of the list you choose as your primary. It is assumed that the title Danelaw does not exist. You either restored the de jure duchies to England, absorbed all the de jure duchies under Danelaw and then formalized into Daneland, or formalized Danelaw with England still around (the last scenario means there are 4 kingdom tier titles on the island).

If you are a king this will make all de jure land under these titles become de jure under whichever one you chose as your primary title. As an emperor however, whichever title you want them under needs to be the only you have. It will then add this title to the de jure empire you have as primary title.

King Example:
Primary Title is king of England. The duchies under Daneland, Wales, and Scotland become de jure part of England.

Empire Example:
Your primary Title is emperor of Italia. Only England title has been created. All 3 kingdom titles become de jure part of England, and England has become de jure part of Italia instead of Brittania.

I have also made it so the decision only shows up if you completely control one the kingdoms.

***UPDATE***
This mod will now work with Cornwall and Mann Kingdom titles if the decision to make them was taken.

Also, to make it so the decision is only shown to rulers in Britannia I made it so it will only show up if you are completely in control of one of the following 6 duchies:
Essex
York
Albany
Gwynedd
Mann
Cornwall
