Description
Presenting the KM610
Kahrstrom marine saw a need for power yet compact outboard engines that could be installed with ease. So, it presented a series of three different engines. The KM610 is the largest of the three, featuring a six cylinder engine.

Technical Specifications
Engine type: Naturally Aspirated B6
Weight: 115kg
Price: $2080

Set-up
  • Load your own vehicle. Use the grid selection tool to load and paste in the engine. Merge the engine with your vehicle.
  • Connect fuel (where the small fuel tank is located), coolant (directly to sea, found underneath) and move the throttle and starter key where you want it. Last but not least, remember to adjust the gearbox. I recommend running it at as high of a ratio as possible for optimal fuel efficiency.
  • Connect the steering from your seat to the function block in front of the engine.
  • Spawn the vehicle in and start the engine by turning the key!

A huge thanks to WH1T3_No1SE for letting me use his modular engine microcontroller <3

You may use this in your workshop creations as long as you credit me and link this page. You may NOT upload this creation at its own.

Make sure that all the hoses are connected properly and that you have a fuel tank connected inside. I will probably overhaul these outboard engines some day as I'm not entirely satisfied with them.

Thanks for the kind comments!

BAD2THEBONE - you will need to adjust to gearbox to your boat. Also make sure that your boat can get up and out of the water using fins or alike, as the water drag in Stormworks slows you down immensely. You may also just need more engine power - this is a six cylinder engine, so it's not a massive engine. Try two or three engines on the same boat if you're having power problems.

gtdragster10 - Not sure what you mean with spins? Make sure you connect power and steering and that it is properly merged. Also make sure it has enough space to move.
