Description
When you get the brilliant idea to mash a tree and a V8 together.

Not all that much is known about this strange vehicle known by the creator as "The Woodcutter". It has been assumed to have been created by a lumberjack in the late 80's or early 90's. It was made out of a single log (assumed to be some sort of pine) with 2 axles at either end. The vehicle is rear wheel drive. A V8 Hemi (probably out of a Dodge Charger) is right over the rear axle. A long shaft of some sort connects the steering wheel to the front wheels so that the vehicle can turn. Thanks to the engine being heavily tuned, the vehicle is quite fast.

Interestingly, it is known who created it. The creators name is (quite ironically) "Jack Lumber" who had been working for the "Redwood Forestry Inc." since the late 60's. Jack left the company in the 1986 to live in a cabin out in the woods. The only thing that proved that Jack even existed was some documents from the logging company that he previously worked for and the local village storekeeper who said he came out of the woods 2 or 3 times a year to do some shopping for supplies.

It is assumed that Jack created stuff out of wood with his free time. It wasn't until 1994 that Jack was seen with one of his creations. Importantly with a creation named "Woodcutter". "The Woodcutter" had no license plate, so when Jack was suddenly found driving the creation on the Interstate, it quickly lead to a large police chase that ended when The Woodcutter rolling twice into the ditch. By when the police got to the scene, Jack was gone. Assumed to have ran into the woods that where near-by. The creation was taken into the villages impound. The next day the village sheriff was amazed to find the creation stolen from the impound lot and driven deep into the woods. The trail of the vehicle was lost when the trail suddenly disappeared into a river.

In 2005, a group of hikers who where hiking in the woods found a seemingly abandoned cabin and parked just outside the cabin was "The Woodcutter". The hikers alerted the village sheriff who went up to the cabin to see for himself. The sheriff found The Woodcutter in front of the cabin in seemingly new condition. It is was assumed that Jack had fixed the creation since he stole it out of the impound over 10 years ago. Jack was nowhere found so the sheriff assumed Jack died at some point due to him probably being over the age of 80.

The creation was eventually taken down to the village's museum (along with Jack's much loved 1970 Dodge pickup, nicknamed "Rusty") where it currently can be seen on display.
