you just edit the vtf, the vtf is like any other picture. You just need VTFEdit and the site is down for the original download. If you want to, you can join my fof modding server where I have a download of it in my 'assets' channel

Excellent mod. I wonder how you change colors in game (i guess it's some program but idk)
