Adds an item called the Steel Hammer. Finally damage invincible enemies directly!

I might update this with a redesign if I get around to it.

Also, would be nice to add a quality rating to the item for repentance, since the game thinks it's a quality 0 item

Please make this work on the tuff twins

You can kill the bomb dispensers, resulting in bombs not being renewable, and the hammer can't damage the boss.

(Yes, killing the statue spawns a bunch of bombs, but I'm playing tainted punished who can't aim the bombs like normal)
