DAF N2800 Truck and lowbed trailers

This mod adds the DAF N2800 truck and lowbed trailers.
It becomes available in 1982 and offers a selection of 3, 4 or 5 axle lowbed trailers in various colour designs.
You'll find trucks with and without fixed cargo, the ones with fixed cargo will load all default game cargo but will not show any cargo items.
The ones without fixed cargo will show the loaded items on the flatbed. Also a solo tractor unit can be sent out on the roads.
The available colours/brands include; DAF promotion orange/yellow, dark army green, Schwarz bau, Felbermayr and MAMMOET.

Asset included, in the categories trucks and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 16 driving variants.
- Interior.
- 2 models with animated flashlight rotation.
- Tailored drivers.
- Drive with fixed cargo matching the vehicle theme.
- Transport all default game cargo.
- Cargo capacity 88 (22 in game) in 2 compartments (20+2), on the solo tractor capacity is limited to 4 (1 in game).

Asset features include:
- Assets for truck(&trailer) or only trailer.
- Turnable front steering wheels.
- Lights off/low/on.
- Blink lights on/off.
- Animated flashlight on/off.
- Trailer to truck angle slider.
- Various positions for the trailer ramps.
- Selection of cargo items.
- Longitude and cross slope angles.*
- Industry capacity = 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.

Secondary asset included, 'Schwarz bau construction equipment:
- Schwarz bau office containers.
- Schwarz bau bulldozer.
- Schwarz bau employee standing/sitting/driving.
- This set is available from 1939 in category Bko.

* note: Longitude and cross slope angles settings overrule steering wheels setting.
