Smith 1500 XL 4x4 [config]

This is a config file for my Smith 1500 XL 4x4.

Is your old tractor stuck in the mud? Is your new tractor sat in the barn, out of commission? Might be you need to pull down that barn after your tractor is back in business... This big ol' bastard is all you need. Refitted with a V8 (replacing the OHV), converted to 4WD, and a new ABS/disc system installed, you're covered on all ends. Dual fuel tanks and batteries are your friends.

Hell, after you get that tractor to higher, drier ground, you might catch a notion to mosey eastbound and hit up NOLA to do some swampin'. Make sure to blast Down and C.O.C. while you're there, and throw in some Cypress Hill for good measure. Good times, my friends.

If you'd like to match the screenshots, the Twilight Blue paint parameters are H - 198, S - 100, B - 25, and Metallic. The rims are stock color.

"Unrealistic wheel sizes" must be enabled in the options.

In keeping with transparency about issues: There is a small clipping issue with the outer tie rods on the front end, as can be seen in the last screenshot. I scaled up the suspension, and installing larger rims just didn't look right, so I kept them at their original 16-inch diameter. That's the reason for the clip. You can by new rims and set their ET(offset) to 40 or so, and that should take care of it. (The wheels will extend wider than I intended, but it's all up to you.) ;) Other than this issue, it's all good!

CONFIGS REQUIRE A MANUAL INSTALL

1. Subscribe

2. Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\2432153470

3. Copy the bodyconfig2.txt and config2.txt files.

4. Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars\Smith1500

5. Paste the two config files here. Configs must be named in numerical order! (Remember to rename these configs, only if you have multiple files, with the appropriate number, in accordance with your config files' numerical order.)

6. Enjoy!
