H.A.L 9000 Advisor Voice

Description
Have your advisor sound like H.A.L 9000 from the famous motion picture 2001: A Space Odyssey. The audio from the film has alot of background noise which I did my best to try and mix away. You may want to adjust the sound settings for the advisor to hear better.
