Very simple mod that solves the old issue of unability to have toolbelts being held in hands for easy cleaning and stuff

just looked at the mod again and realized I want to say thanks to those who used it before they have implemented the functionality in the base game. Thank you all, you might have actually helped to convince them do it :)
