No it doesn't work. 1: The pier can't be placed over water. Trying to use Move It! to put the pier over water causes the land to rise up out of the water; 2: The pier itself is invisible, and the cims just levitate in mid-air; 3: The pier wants to be connected to a road. Pity, because it looks good.
