This abandoned building is a known hang-out for dealers and other low-life scum. The Authority has sent a team to question a man found and detained inside the crumbling walls.

Uses a broken building asset I uploaded originally to Steam WS, some rubble props that are vanilla, a rubble prop I created and uploaded originally, some vanilla pillars with re-bar, a chair and some awnings uploaded by geze, CIV people props by Russted_Bucket, and an olive tree by pdelmo.
