New SS4 Biomech Major Sounds

Description
Since the minor biomechs got a sound update in SS4, I feel that the majors should get the same treatment too. This mod replaces most of the biomech major sounds with custom ones. It even adds in an idle sound for them.

I think I found a problem with this; seems like the noises are the same volume at any range.

The walking sound is a bit cliche lol
