Increased Spot Light Range For Vanilla Blocks

Description
Modifies the current spot lights in the vanilla game. (No Mod Blocks)
Usable on a server or host it in your own private game.
Increases Spot Light Range to 500m for Small Grid/Large Grid Spot Lights + Small Grid Off Set Spotlight + Small Grid/Large Grid Searchlight.
Now includes the floodlights from the contact Update.
