Enhanced Werebull Riding

Description
Brings back one of the cut features into the game. Now you can have more fun riding angry steaks!

Changes are as simple as they could be:
- Enabled first-person mode when riding werebull.
- Allowed dual-wielding when riding werebull.

Third-person animations are broken if using dual-wielding. You'll see a god of t-posing if try that. Maybe I'll do a fix later.

Incompatible with any mods which overwrite "Content/SeriousSam4/Databases/Puppets/Enemies/Werebull.ep" file.
