Did any of the Achievements unlock? If you are still at 0, you could start a new game & see if the first Story Related Achievement unlocks. If it does... the problem might be fixed. Unfortunately though, as far as I am aware, there isn't any way for you to retro actively unlock your Steam Achievements unless there is a huuuuge delay in Steam validating your Achievements. It does occasionally happen, but typically not for the entire game.
At least for me, the Combat Challenges were not too bad for Asylum, but I remember the Predator Challenges being a pain; I basically had to use video guides for them, which I do include the links for in my guide.
I think what I meant to explain, is that if you earned all 240 Collectibles on your Normal Difficulty playthrough, you need to do the Challenges on that save file so you can unlock the Perfect Knight Achievement. If you however did everything on your Hard Difficulty playthrough, then you should do the Challenges on that one instead.
I will go re-read what I wrote & make sure I explain it like that; don't want to force people into thinking they have to do two playthroughs to avoid Challenge Mode on Hard Difficulty.
And that makes me wonder, is Challenge mode really affected by your story mode difficulty? I would guess No, but you say Yes in this guide, anyone know how it is?
