Update of Muzzys mod

- Based this version on Color Coded Mood Bar by fyarn and PorqueNoLosDos
- Added in this mod is visible break-levels and the current mood-target
- Removed the fresh-items stockpile filter since its in vanilla

This destroys FPS and TPS. After disabling, my save went from 20 fps to 120.

for 5 years I have been waiting for this mod to be updated. I don't like the rest of the mods because of their color palette. Ty
