Description
A small starter company, with built-in breakroom, reception, outside area & meeting room.
The starter room costs $225 to rent.
There are 5 rooms to rent out in the upper two levels, and two rooms in the basement for servers or anything else.

Great building, works great. It does say it needs 'side tables' from some other mod but it's not a breaking thing and the mod loads just fine. Thanks :)
