[REC] Chisel class salvage ship

A refitted Anvil class fleet tender, the Chisel class salvage ship is designed to salvage wrecks. Its swapped the Anvils 4 external large hydrogen tanks for 2 pads and 2 more large cargo containers to enable it to carry salvage drones and salvage more in general.

However, whilst initially successful wartime losses and the need for more support ships meant that any Chisel hulls being constructed were converted back to fleet tenders, and requisitioned or civilian salvagers would pick up the slack.
