Description
This mod alters the logic for the Evil Twin defect to make your Evil Twin show up based primarily on your level advancement, rather than having a simple chance to appear every time you enter a new zone (which, it can be argued, winds up disproportionately punishing you for exploration).

With this mod, each level you advance has a (20 + Level x 2)% chance of queueing up an Evil Twin appearance. While at least one appearance is queued, each time you enter a new zone there is a 25% chance your Evil Twin will appear.

If you want to make a bug report on this mod, which is integrated into the core game code in a way that makes any sudden unexplained dysfunction very unlikely, it would be best if you provided a description of what exact behavior you are observing, as a context-free "doesn't work" is in fact not informative at all and is effectively no different from rolling in to a mod's comments to ask "does this still work", which is a form of comment I delete on sight.

@Tegga21: Yeah, I think that's best. Severe dropoff in evil twins as you become high level doesn't feel right. Will be updated soon.

I like this mod, 25% feels low though. If it were possible, start at 25% and scale to 100% at higher XL
