LOTR Ents Misc Patches

This is a very minor patch. Ents are fairly stable as is with CE based on Mlie's continued mod.

Patch Features:
- Updates Ents Boulders by removing the granite chunks it creates upon explosion (currently it generates like 8 chunks of granite per explosion, which I personally found annoying as it fills the map with boulders)
- Ents correctly generate Ent Meat (100) upon butchering (in addition to Ent Wood). Previously the meat type was in the game but butchering only generated Ent wood, not meat.
