Boss Health Bar Tweak

Description
Slight change to the boss bars, adding tick marks at 10% increments. As faithful to vanilla as possible.

FAQ:

Q: "Can you add a marker for phase transitions?"
A: Technically no, as every boss uses the same texture, but the majority of phase changes are at around 50% HP, right at the biggest mark in the middle.
