*** About Weapon Scripts ***
Scripts aim to match as close to real world specs as feasible. Exotic weapons (like those from other games) may have some liberties taken.

Adjustments include weight, recoil/spread, magazine size, rate of fire, effective range/falloff range, AI preference, and penetration depth/stats.

Damage, rate of fire, and player movement speed may be adjusted up or down.

To keep in line with vanilla gameplay and prevent OP, damage is adjusted accordingly:
  • Damage adjusted up/down (typically up) when needed to keep in tune with the original game stats.
  • Damage per magazine is favored over DPS, since rate of fire changes make DPS incomparable to vanilla.
IE: Silenced Uzi has 50 round/mag at X damage. When magazine capacity is lowered to match the Honey Badger's, damage is adjusted up to match the vanilla's damage per *magazine* as Honey Badger's rate of fire adjustment against vanilla makes DPS comparisons invalid.

Hope one day you find someone who teachs you lol, i would love using scripts made by you, all are excellent work, my friends loved them.

Oh no man no rudeness taken at all. I just don't really know the inner mechanics of it, so I'm not able to do much unless/until I learn more or someone who knows can explain it lol

Damn, wasn't sure so that's why i asked, sorry if i sounded rude, wasn't my intention. So the only weapon that's silenced it's the SMG, damn. Well, it's a lot of problem to do it, ain't worth it, anyways, thx for the reply. I'm using your scripts for all the weapons, they're awesome, excellent work, thx for that.

Yeah I can't make miracles happen, the silencing must be hardcoded into the game's code for the specific weapons such as the mac-10... sometimes no matter what variables you edit in the script, doesn't change how the game codes the weapon. Unless you know or can find out more about how to remedy this issue, there's not much more I can do.

If I learn vscript and the squirrel libs and such, maybe I can make a more robust weapon script mod, but that really seems like a big investment and I'm not sure I can make it.

Just tried it and the weapon actually calls zombie attention(i use a plugin for that) does this weapon has only sound suppressed or script too? i'm looking for more weapons that work like SMG silenced
