Nazi Zombies Nuke Power-Up Pipe Bomb Explosion Sound

Description
The nuke power-up sound effect from Call of Duty: Zombies replaces the pipe bomb explosion sound and any other explosions that use the same sound.

The voice delay is intentional. When you pick up a nuke you don't hear the voice until after the explosion, as shown here: https://youtu.be/m_NCSxNaIjg?t=1008

could you do a soundmod that makes to when ever a game loads up it does the nazi zombie game load sound for the first round?
