Description
There's trouble in paradise when your provisions run dry. You must sail to the Altis mainland to survive. It's up to you to remain on the mainland or ultimately abandon Altis.

-Scenario designed with difficulty in mind
-Default Ravage dynamic weather
-Slight increase in Hunger/Thirst rate
-"Sleep" is disabled -except- at home
-"Heal Wounds" item located at Home to remove character damage
-Infected both walk and run
-Many radioactive areas
-Only hand placed vehicles exist
-Not all placed AI are hostile
-Three vendors on Altis

-Vandeanson's Infection is enabled
-Vandeanson's bandit camps and trading camps disabled
-Vandeanson's bleeding mechanic is enabled
-Vandeanson's Helicopter crash sites are enabled

Disclaimer: Island Paradise is intended to be played with "multiple saves" disabled. My intention is to create an "Escape From Tarkov" -like scenario with Ravage mod.

It's a Vandeanson's Apocalypse function. Ravage also has one but VA's faster.

ok it looks like it is done through food and drink. bandages are only for bleeding.

Hi Recaldy, I've restarted this with the new changes and it's all good so far. Just the healing doesn't seem to work. I've got 5 bandages and am covered in blood and can only crawl slowly, but there's no option to heal or use a bandage?

Le mod retiens pas vraiment mon intêrêt même si l'interface et certaine mécanique semble ambitieuse. Mais j'vois quand même mal comment améliorer le truc. Trop d'info sur la carte tuerai l’Intérêt quand bien même on arrive à en trouver un. Et pas assez d'info et on sais pas vraiment quoi faire. je passe mon tour, mais sinon bravo tout de même pour avoir crée de tel chose, j'en serai largement incapable.

j'ai testé et heu... ouais non c'est pas ça. Pas vraiment d'objectif si ce n'est la survie ( mais bon ca a la limite j'peut faire abstraction et me dire que j'vais tenter de survivre un peu ). Tout ce qui est censé contenir quelque chose ne contient rien ( j'ai trouvé une note que je sais même pas a quoi ca peut servir ) pas de quoi manger, pas de quoi boire, pas de munition. j'trouve que y'a trop peu de munition dès le départ pour une Ia quasiment inesquivable ( j'vais pas passer mon temps à me rouler par terre et encore j'dis ca mais j'ai pas testé pour savoir si véritablement on arrivai à ne plus se faire detecter.

ok, 2 hours of solid looting later, no food or drink and dead again from starvation. Also got radiation there at the end. The thing with the radiation is that the player has virtually zero chance of finding any pills let alone sufficient pills to keep it under control (each pill only fixes a few minutes of radiation) and the radiation gear is non-existent as well. In addition, because the player can't tell where the radiation is until it's too late, it's a death sentence no matter what. Radiation only works if there are loads of pills and if one can tell where it is on the map. Regarding the food, survival loot needs to be increased to the point where constant looting at least supplies enough to survive.This isn't doing that. I also didn't notice any rabbits, but of course one needs to find the gear to skin and cook them so that's not an option in the early game either. That's my two cents in any case.
